One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, bl111 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any bonuses.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Creating an account with false information is a breach of these Terms, and in such cases bl111 reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds.

Identity Verification

bl111 may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. bl111 prioritises identity verification to ensure security and fair play.

Section 2: Account Management

Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify bl111 support immediately.

bl111 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account if you fail to inform us in a timely manner.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through support. bl111 may also suspend or permanently close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud.

Any valid balance remaining before account closure may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

Section 3: Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bl111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.1 General Withdrawal Rules

  • Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method registered on your account.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
  • Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • bl111 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if the required documents or information have not been provided.
  • Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Section 4: Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 is available on your first deposit at bl111. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonuses must be used within a set time period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
  • Bonuses may not apply to certain games as specified in the promotion terms.
  • bl111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If promotion terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be closed.

Section 5: Responsible Gaming

bl111 believes that betting and casino gaming are a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

Setting Deposit & Betting Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. Reducing a limit via support takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period.

Cool-Off Period & Self-Exclusion

5.1 Protection of Minors

If your device is accessible to children or minors, please use parental control software and ensure they cannot access bl111. bl111 is always working to prevent minors from gaining access.

Section 6: Prohibited Activities & Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bl111 platform. If detected, the account will be closed and deposited funds will be forfeited:

  • Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — systematic betting with the intent of profiting from bonuses without meeting the conditions.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly.
  • Using stolen payment methods or third-party financial details.
  • Money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
  • Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software.
  • Using automated bots or software to place bets.
  • Exploiting any technical glitch in the system. If such a glitch is detected, bl111 may void the related transactions.
  • Intimidating, harassing, or deceiving other players.

Limitation of Liability

bl111 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or failure of third-party services. We endeavour to maintain service continuity, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
